EvolvEd Consulting emerged from our experiences with adult learners who too often found themselves with new knowledge and ideas gained from a learning experience but without a roadmap to apply what they learned in their day-to-day practice. Our  successes in transforming adult practices and mindset led to increases in learning, organizational changes, and employee retention, engagement, effectiveness, and overall satisfaction.

Our name combines the compelling nature of evolution to drive continuous improvement and our belief in the power of learning. With decades of experience in professional learning, higher education, and K-12 education, we bring a broad and fresh perspective to non-profit, business, education, and workforce development organizations and initiatives.
